Another idea for a delicious salad full of nutrients and good bacteria in the form of a refreshing dressing 🙂
So, without further ado… I’m bringing you the recipe!
Ingredients and preparation steps
- 500 g of chicken breast fillets
- 4 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
- 2 kaki fruits
- 1 pomegranate
- ground smoked paprika
- salt
- baking oil
- handful of pecans
For the dressing:
- 100 ml of fresh pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of water kefir
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- a pinch of salt
Make a dressing first. Add all the dressing ingredients into jar, close it and shake well.
Wash the lamb’s lettuce and kaki and cut the kaki into slices.
Wash the fillets, dry them with a paper towel, add salt and paprika and fry.
In a large bowl, add lamb’s lettuce, baked fillets cut to bite size, slices of kaki and pomegranate seeds. Pour the sauce over everything and add pecans.
Mix everything, serve and enjoy!
