  • 500 g chicken breast fillets
  • butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 slices of bread
  • 9 slices of bacon
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 9 lettuce leaves
  • 6 teaspoons of tartar sauce


Preparation time – 10 min
Cooking time – 15 min
For 3 people

  1. Wash the fillets, dry them with a paper towel, and cut them into slices.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy and place it on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
  3. Melt some butter in a deep pan over moderate heat and add olive oil. When heated, add the slices and fry on both sides until the chicken is cooked. Divide the cooked fillets into 3 equal portions.
  4. Toast the bread on a separate pan or in a toaster.
  5. Then assemble the sandwich – first spread two slices with tartar sauce, then on the bottom slice add 3 lettuce leaves, 4 cherry tomatoes cut into slices, 3 bacon slices, and one-third of the grilled chicken fillets.
  6. Cover with the other slice of bread.
