For this kefirolicious yummyness you will need:
- 200 ml homemade kefir
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
Combine all goodies and stir with a fork just until combined. Melt a butter in your skillet and heat over medium heat. Spoon heaping tablespoons of batter onto skillet to make pancakes about 10 cm in diameter and check the underside of your pancake before flipping. Serve warm with your favorite topping! I recommend choke berries homemade jam and peanut butter.
