Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 slices of bread
- 9 slices of bacon
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 9 lettuce leaves
- 6 teaspoons of tartar sauce
Preparation

Cooking time – 15 min
For 3 people
- Wash the fillets, dry them with a paper towel, and cut them into slices.
- Fry the bacon until crispy and place it on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
- Melt some butter in a deep pan over moderate heat and add olive oil. When heated, add the slices and fry on both sides until the chicken is cooked. Divide the cooked fillets into 3 equal portions.
- Toast the bread on a separate pan or in a toaster.
- Then assemble the sandwich – first spread two slices with tartar sauce, then on the bottom slice add 3 lettuce leaves, 4 cherry tomatoes cut into slices, 3 bacon slices, and one-third of the grilled chicken fillets.
- Cover with the other slice of bread.
