Because is an ajvar season, I used it in this delicious sauce that goes perfectly with roasted sweet potatoes.
Ingredients and preparation steps
- 200 ml of homemade kefir
- 5 tablespoons of ajvar
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 garlic clove
- handful of fresh basil
- pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Blend all and serve with roasted sweet potatoes or your favorite roasted vegetables.
