Autumn is full of colors and flavors!
But how to describe and illustrate such abundance?
With this wonderful recipe which will make your taste buds fall in love with Fall!
Ingredients and preparation steps
- 500 ml of Kupilek blackberry wine
- 2 pears (with a stalk and shouldn’t be soft)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 5 cloves
- 3 cardamom seeds
- tablespoon of cane sugar
Wash and peel the pears, but leave the stalk.
In a deeper and smaller pot, cook the wine and sugar over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Then add cinnamon, anise, cloves and pears and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Pears should be dipped in wine. If they are not, they should be turned to the other side every 5 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and let the wine and pears cool, turning the pears every 10 minutes.
For the topping:
- 200 g of dark chocolate with a higher cocoa content (80%)
- 3 tablespoons of wine in which pears were cooked
- 200 ml of rice whipped cream
Melt the chocolate and wine over low heat, stirring constantly, then slowly add the whipped cream. Stir everything until the chocolate is completely melted, then pour the warm mixture over the pears.
