Morning decadence

Weekend mornings… Saturdays or Sundays…it doesn’t matter… pancakes go great with every morning!

Tea for him, coffee for me…and smear 🙂

I made pancakes with:

  • 400 ml of homemade kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of gluten free flour Schär mix b (to make a ticker mixture)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 handful of chocolate chips

… first combine kefir and eggs, then add cinnamon and flour and mix until smooth. Then add chocolate chips and whisk until combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat (I used Delimano skillet for pancakes) and cook until browned on both sides.

Top this pancakes with your favorite spread. I enjoyed peanut butter, rose hip jam and hazelnut butter.
