Summer inspires us to create delicious salads and fruit drinks!
The pace is slower and the meals are colorful, light and enriched with nutrients from vegetables and fruits.
With this in mind, I created this cocktail with Kupilek blackberry juice and water kefir for extra good bacteria.

Ingredients and preparation steps
- 200 ml of Kupilek blackberry juice
- 800 ml of water kefir
- juice from one lime
- tablespoon of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 5 mint leaves
In a blender, mix Kupilek juice, lime juice, ginger, honey, cinnamon and mint.
Pour water kefir into a large jug and add the blended mixture.
Stir, add ice and enjoy the flavors!
