Kefir pancakes with gluten free flours

Easy weekend mornings are tailor made for an easy breakfast – pancakes and water kefir juice (fill your glass with water kefir halfway and then add apple juice)…for how to make the pancakes, just keep reading 🙂

Ingredients and preparation steps

  • 500 ml of homemade kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 3 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
  • 6 tablespoons of rice flour

First mix kefir and eggs, then add cinnamon and ginger then the flours.

Mix all ingredients and bake pancakes on hot pan on each side.

Serve them with homemade peach jam and hazelnuts spread, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts and coconut flakes.
