And this kind of pizza dough definitely goes great with kefir sauce!
In my case, kefir always and everywhere!
Ingredients and preparation steps
I made pizza dough following Adrijana’s instructions and for oil I used olive oil.
For the sauce
- 1 avocado
- handful of fresh basil
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 100 ml of homemade kefir
- pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- handful of pistachio
Mix all the ingredients together with your blender.
For the topping
- few slices of prosciutto
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 3 quail eggs
After spreading the dough over the baking sheet, add sauce and top with peppers, tomatoes and prosciutto.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C or until the dough is baked, then add the eggs and bake for few more minutes (until the eggs are baked).
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and enjoy the flavors!
