Homemade kefir cheese spread

A homemade kefir cheese spread is an easy option for a light lunch full of probiotics.
For this delicious spread you will need:

  • 200 g cheese from homemade kefir
  • 6 dried tomatoes
  • tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • handful of fresh basil
  • 2 pinches of sea salt

Blend everything in a blender (I love Nutribullet 🙂 and spread on the baked sweet potato slices.
