Gluten free bread with corn flour and milk kefir

Instead of crackers, cornbread goes well with cheese and meat plate.

Add homemade pesto, ajvar and pork cracklings and you have a snack to die for!

Ingredients and preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Dry ingredients

  • 200 g of corn flour
  • 50 g of gluten-free flour mixture
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley (you can combine marjoram and thyme)

Wet ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml of olive oli
  • 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum
  • 400 ml of milk kefir

First add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix them.

Then add the wet ingredients and mix everything well into a uniform mixture.

Add the mixture to a pre-greased mold or pan.

Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.

Let the bread to cool down before slicing.
