Colors of grill

Grilled vegetables can become a solid and interesting meal with gnocchi and sauce with homemade kefir.

In my case, gnocchi are gluten-free, the sauce is pink and the vegetables are grilled on Delimano Electric Grill Perla.

Ingredients and preparation steps:

For Grilling:

– bundle of asparagus

– 1 yellow bell pepper

– 1 red bell pepper

– 10 radishes

For the sauce:

– 100 ml of homemade kefir

– 3 cooked beets (I cooked them day before)

– 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

– 1 teaspoon of horse radish

– pinch of Himalayan sea salt

For cooking:

– gluten-free gnocchi (I used Probios corn gnocchi)

Cut the peppers into the thicker strips and the radishes into rings. Mix everything with asparagus and olive oil. Turn on Perl at 170 °C and place the vegetables on the grill surface.

While the vegetables are grilling, boil the gnocchi.
When the vegetables are done remove them from the grill.
Strain gnocchi well and grill them on the flat grill surface until they get a slightly brown in color.
Blend sauce ingredients in a Nutribullet.

Cut peppers, asparagus and radishes into smaller pieces, add gnocchi and sauce.
