Baked Camembert

This is one of those dishes that is so easy to make at home.
Baked Camembert is a creamy cheese with a strong and rich taste, which goes well with pistachios, pecans and apricot jam. Prepared this way, Camembert is perfect for spreading on bread or crackers. You can serve it as an appetizer, but also as a main meal. In this case, it is necessary to increase the amount of ingredients.

Ingredients and preparation steps

  • 2 rolls of Camembert cheese, 100 g each (you can also use Brie cheese)
  • a handful of pistachios
  • a handful of pecans
  • 6 teaspoons of apricot jam
  • 2 pinches of chopped rosemary
  • gluten-free toast

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Heat the toast on a pan on both sides, then put them aside to cool.
Put the cheeses in the pan, cut a “net” on the surface of the cheeses with a knife and sprinkle with rosemary.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Spread the warm cheeses with jam, each with three teaspoons of jam and sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios and walnuts.

Spread cheese on the toast and enjoy the flavors!
