American blueberry pancakes

For weekends breakfast I like to enjoy in pancakes.

With extra fruit and various spreads this boring dish becomes delicious bite.

I made these American pancakes with blueberries in cooperatin with Delimano and tooped them with hazelnuts spread.

Soooo yummy!

Serve them with coffee or tea and enjoy!

Ingredients and preparation steps

  • 400 ml of homemade kefir
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of gluten free flour Orgran (to make a ticker mixture)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 200 g of blueberries

First combine kefir and eggs, then add cinnamon and flour and mix until smooth.

Pour the dough on a hot pan and add up to 10 fresh blueberries. Make pancakes about 10 cm in diameter (they’re easier to flip 🙂 Bake pancake three minutes on medium heat until small bubbles appear on the surface, then turn the pancake and bake for another 2-3 minutes. I used Delimano skillet to make a pancakes.

Top this pancakes with your favorite spread. I enjoyed hazelnut butter.

Serve with tea or coffee.
