Za ove tmurne dane, nešto u boji!
Ovu salatu s fileom pilećeg zabatka često radim jer je stvarno prefina, a uz to i iznimno fotogenična, taman da podigne raspoloženje i na tanjuru i iza objektiva.

Ponovno se vraćam vodenom kefiru, pa je ovo i mali podsjetnik kako ga sve možemo koristiti. Na webu vas već od prije čeka recept za salatu, kao i receptić za umak na bazi vodenog kefira koji cijelom jelu daje svježinu i laganu kiselkastu notu.

For these gloomy days, I love something colourful, comforting, and full of flavour.
This chicken thigh fillet salad is one of my go-to dishes, delicious, nourishing, and wonderfully photogenic, perfect for lifting the mood both on the plate and behind the camera.

I’m getting back into water kefir, and this dish is a gentle reminder of how versatile it can be in the kitchen. On my website, you’ll already find the salad recipe, along with a water kefir–based dressing that adds freshness and a subtle tang to the dish.

Na LinkedIn-u, @barbara.this.n.that je imala odlič Na LinkedIn-u, @barbara.this.n.that je imala odličnu objavu! Uz najavu nove epizode podcasta @klice_buntovnice , opisala je dvije vrste ljudi...oni koji s 1.1. postaju svoja najbolja verzija sebe ili tada kreću raditi na tome i oni koji ne doživljavaju 1.1. kao vrijeme od žestoke akcije. Ti drugi osjećaju ritam prirode jer priroda ne poznaje 1.1. 

Ja sam ta druga ekipa, pratim prirodu i guštam zimske dane. Nije da nemam ideje ili sadržaj, sve se to bilježi i priprema...kao priroda. Zato ovaj siječanj, a vjerujem i veljaču, mariniram u 2025. 

Ne mogu joj se ne osvrnuti jer me iznenadila, naučila i nagradila. 🫶🏻
Jedna od nagrada su dva priznanja FPA Profesional Food Photographers Association za fotke koje su dio izložbe u Nacionalnom centru umjetnosti u Tokiju. 🤩🎉Nisam tamo, ali zahvaljujući divnoj FPA ekipi, poslali su mi snimke prostora i same izložbe...pa kao da jesam! 🥰

On LinkedIn, @barbara.this.n.that shared a wonderful post. While announcing a new episode of the "Klice buntovnice" podcast, she described two types of people: those who, on January 1st, instantly become the best version of themselves, or at least decide that’s the day they’ll start, and those who don’t see January 1st as a call for intense action.
The second group feels the rhythm of nature, because nature doesn’t recognize January 1st. I’m definitely part of that second group. I follow nature and truly enjoy the quiet of winter days. It’s not that I lack ideas or content, everything is being noted, slowly prepared, just like nature itself. That’s why this January, and probably February too, I’m still “marinating” in 2025.

I can’t help but look back on it, because it surprised me, taught me, and rewarded me. One of those rewards came in the form of two recognitions from the FPA Professional Food Photographers Association Tokyo, @fpa_tokyo for photographs that are now part of an exhibition at the National Art Center in Tokyo.🤩🎉

I’m not there in person, but thanks to the wonderful @ryoko_stilllifephoto for sending me videos of the space and the exhibition itself, so it almost feels like I am.🥰
