Ice cream is an ultimate summer refreshment.
Ice cream pops or in a bowl…it doesn’t even mater, it’s more important that the ice cream is tasty and lactose free 🙂
You can make your homemade kefir ice cream both ways, but how?
Just keep reading:)
Ingredients and preparation steps for ice cream pops
- 200 ml of homemade kefir
- 1 banana
- 3 nectarines
- 2 apricots
- 5 dates
- pinch of grated fresh ginger
Soak in the water pitted dates, overnight.
Blend all until it gets creamy. My blending buddy is a Nutribllet 🙂
For sweeter pops add some honey, but first you have to try some mixture and you might find that you don’t need additional sweetening.
Fill your favorite popsicle molds with the mixture, freeze overnight and enjoy!
