Ingredients and preparation steps
- 1 Japanese apple (Persimmon)
- 10 Physalis berries
- 200 g of homemade kefir cream cheese
- handful of Brazil nuts
- handful of almonds
- 50 g of dark chocolate
Blend Persimmon, Physalis and cheese to make the cream.
For the crunchy part, grind nuts, almonds and dark chocolate.
Add crunchy part into the glass and cover it with cream.
