Ingredients and preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Dry ingredients
- 200 g of corn flour
- 50 g of gluten-free flour mixture
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley (you can combine marjoram and thyme)
Wet ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml of olive oli
- 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum
- 400 ml of milk kefir
First add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix them.
Then add the wet ingredients and mix everything well into a uniform mixture.
Add the mixture to a pre-greased mold or pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
